I didnt get any work done on my wife car but they did let me know what the problem was with her car. Since the car wouldn't start they let it sit on the lot and even gave us a tow back to the dealership for free. Flip's auto is the best repair shop in Indiana. They explain things in ways you can understand. They get repairs done quickly but the work is exceptional. Nobody can beat their prices ! They always make me feel comfortable spending my money no matter how big or small the job is. I wish i could give more stars !
